Brighton PR agency MatchFit Media today (1 August 2015) celebrated its first birthday.
The full-service agency – which provides a range of clients with successful PR Campaigns and Events for PR, SEO Copywriting and Communication Training – has made solid progress in its first year.
Run by partners Ollie Wilson and Laura King, the company also offers Reputation Management, SEO Marketing, Communications Consultancy, Blog Writing Service, Social Media Campaigns and Magazine Publishing.
Ollie said: “It has been exciting debut year for our PR agency, MatchFit Media (https://matchfitmedia.co.uk/).
“We have focused on the technology sector working for clients including Cisco partner Ideal Networks and Hungarian app maker Sighter.
“And we have also taken on Events PR work (https://matchfitmedia.co.uk/pr-events/) such as the launch for Brighton restaurant Sunoso and undertaken SEO Copywriting for websites.”
Laura said: “The PR campaigns work we undertake make our clients more successful.
“Whenever we take on a client, we talk over the PR brief with them, look at their current profile and that of their direct rivals and create a promotional plan to win them the media coverage they want.”
Ollie and Laura write press releases in the same exacting news style as experienced news journalists.
That’s not surprising considering that Ollie worked as a journalist for national newspapers including the Sunday Telegraph and Mail on Sunday.
Their Technology PR practice includes working with Value-Added Resellers, App designers and other I.T. and tech companies.
Physics graduate Ollie added: “We have a strong understanding of tech PR and turn complicated technical issues into stories that the almost anyone could understand.
“It is a joy to be able to explain tech subjects in this way and boost the businesses of our clients with successful PR campaigns.”
