How muscular can one become on a raw fruit diet?
This is a question that has not yet been answered by anyone yet and part of the reason to why I find it such a fascinating and intriguing challenge. Science and mainstream nutritionists will tell us that just being able to optimally perform daily life activities on a strict raw fruit diet is near on impossible, let alone trying to build an impressive amount of muscle mass.
Using my knowledge from many years of study I look to embark on an epic journey of bodybuilding utilising calisthenics training as well as traditional weight training all while maintaining a strict 100% raw fruit diet. The journey will begin January 2018 and I will document the entire experience via monthly episodes through my Youtube channel and daily updates through my Instagram page.
These videos will capture my training and nutritional regimen, as well as the physical and emotional changes that will inevitably take place throughout this journey, good and bad!
