Raleigh, NC – M/I Homes is pleased to announce that Lowell Underwood was recently recognized for having the third highest sales volume of new homes in the Triangle market.  This prestigious recognition is earned based upon the total dollar amount of homes sold in 2010 and is presented at the Major Achievement for Marketing Excellence Awards (MAME) on April 7, 2011 at North Ridge Country Club.

In 2010, Underwood had over $14.7 Million in new homes sales. A 17 year veteran of the home building industry, Underwood currently represents M/I Homes in Greystone and Evan’s Farm community in West Cary where he sells single family homes ranging in price from the $260’s to $360’s.
