WOBURN, MA — Daimer Industries, Inc.®, which provides professional cleaning staffers with carpet shampooers, has now shipped a new wand system with a 300 psi, heated, 60 Hz machine line: the XTreme Power® 9300-300. The high-powered systems are heated for maximum stain removing and can now provide nearly 300 psi of pressure, 20% more power than the existing 250 psi models. The wand systems are engineered to support increased suction levels of nearly 40% more than the existing wands, the company said.

New Carpet Shampooers: More Pressure, More Extraction

Daimer®’s new wand system generates added suction in two ways:

– A face component made of a composite plastic better seals against carpet fibers. The better seal generates the equivalent of the suction of additional extraction motor. (The 9300-300 comes with two extraction motors.)

– The wand itself incorporates a Daimer®-only “Angle Accommodation” feature that allows the heads to adjust to match the floor angle with the operator’s hand grip for a the best seal.

Each of the heated XPC-9300-300 carpet shampooers is rated for commercial applications and features capacious cleaning chemical and extraction/waste tanks. Daimer® includes its fast drying/low flowing technology that cuts dry times to about two hours. The machines are heated with a pair of inline elements for stain removal and applications involving heavily soiled rugs. The carpet shampooers can heat as high as 210ºF in around five minutes.
