240V Auto Detailing Power Washers Minimize Water Waste

WOBURN, MA — Daimer Industries, Inc.®, a business known worldwide for auto detailing power washers, has just released the Super Max™ 6230SCW (steam car wash) line featuring a 240 volt, single phase, electric motor. The dedicated steam-only machines have been engineered for minimal water usage, limited waste and environmental friendliness to address the negative perceptions often associated with commercial car wash businesses.

“With all the concern about the environmental impacts of car wash systems, we decided to release the Super Max™ 6230SCW steam auto detailing line to provide another option for concerned businesses,” reveals Daimer.com’s auto and exterior equipment representative Matthew Baratta. “The new auto detailing machines are powered by electrical motors that produce no exhaust and heated with propane powered systems that produce minimal fumes.”

Wet Steam plus Auto Detailing

Daimer®’s new Super Max™ 6230SCW vehicle pressure washers provide several capabilities that make the machines easy for less experienced employees. The capabilities also address the environmental impacts of water over use.

The new equipment cleans using only wet steam, which means less advanced operators have fewer decisions to make. (Multi mode power washers designed for more advanced operators typically provide cold as well as heated water.) Cleaning with steam also reduces the amount of water used when compared to cleaning with heated water. The auto detailing power washers produce wet steam using fume reducing propane gas heater units that can yield temperatures of 250ºF

The new 6230SCW auto detailing line supports other environmentally-friendly features such as extra modest flow rates that minimize water usage and overspray. This 60 Hz machine supports flow rates no higher than .5 GPM.
