Press Media Wire (Press Release) - Apr 20,2009 - (PressMediaWire) - Irvine, CA) – IMMAE announced today the formation of a national body of collegiate marketing majors focused on building and fostering real world business development and marketing skills among students still engaged in their college curriculum. The Council, called the IMMAE National Collegiate Marketing Council or INCMC, will be comprised of students from across the country collaborating in a purely virtual environment. The council will be an elite group, where membership can only be obtained by recommendation of an acting college marketing professor. The Council will be broken into sub-councils, each with a particular area of focus. The general theme will be modern internet based marketing methods. Each sub-council will have at its disposal a set of paid virtual marketers to implement their instructions. The sub-council will be responsible for developing a go-to-market strategy for its particular area of focus as well as developing strategies to capture information and assess the validity of their various efforts. This will provide students with invaluable experience in their continued marketing education, both in marketing and management of people. IMMAE will be granting educational scholarships for members who participate in the program satisfactorily, to subsidize their continued education. IMMAE will also remain committed to working with the member’s universities and professors to ensure they retain as much credit for the project as possible in their overall education road map. Finally, IMMAE will upon completion of the program, publicize the members of the council in its massive media campaign publishing dossiers on each member with their work and results. This will dramatically increase their chances of finding top quality employment in this difficult job market. Council members will be covered on the web, in the press, and in the DVD compiled after the show's completion.
